Jill Martin joined MSG in 2007, and can currently be seen conducting pre and post-game player interviews as well as half-time celebrity interviews during Knicks telecasts on MSG.

In addition to her role at MSG, Martin currently serves as a US Weekly contributor appearing on "Extra," "The Insider" and fashion segments on "The Today Show."

Before joining Frazier, Breen and Trautwig on the hardwood, Martin served as host and reporter for "MSG, NY", which featured updates, highlights, interviews, in-depth features and analysis on all sports and entertainment events that were held in the New York area. Prior to joining MSG, Martin spent five years working for WFOR-TV (CBS) Miami as a sports anchor and reporter, working on daily sportscasts several times a week and reporting from high profile sports events.

Martin began her broadcasting career in 1999 as the host of WAMI-TV's "Live," where she reported on entertainment happenings in the Miami area, conducted celebrity interviews and covered special events. Following her time with "Live," Martin spent a short time as a Hamptons reporter for News 12 Long Island, reporting on the entertainment scene. From News 12 Martin landed a role as a Fashion Correspondent with "Good Morning America" on ABC where she highlighted the hottest fashion trends at the best prices. After a year with ABC, Martin spent two years with Heat TV where she shared her passion for hoops as she hosted live broadcasts during timeouts and halftime, conducting fan and celebrity interviews and establishing in-depth reports on the players' lives off the court.

In 2009, Martin earned two New York Emmy nominations in the "Societal Concerns: Program Feature/Segment" category for two features on MSG she produced and appeared in focusing on the Garden of Dreams Foundation.

Martin is a Long Island native and devout follower of New York sports who graduated from Michigan with a degree in communications.
