Beat the Streets Wrestling Presents Final X New York

For the first time, Beat the Streets and USA Wrestling will present Final X New York, which will determine the 2022 U.S. Senior World Teams in all three Olympic disciplines: men’s and women’s freestyle and Greco-Roman.

Final X New York, presented by Tezos, will have 15 wrestling matches contested, including five in each discipline. The top two U.S. wrestlers in the nation will compete in a best-of-three series to determine who will wrestle at the 2022 Senior World Championships. The star-studded event will feature seven returning Olympic and World medalists, including Olympic gold medalists Jordan Burroughs, David Taylor and Helen Maroulis.

Wednesday, June 8 –

2pm: Part 1 (Eight matches)

6pm: Part 2  (Seven matches)

Beat the Streets provides a safe, positive atmosphere for New York City student-athletes to learn essential life lessons of discipline, preservice, self-reliance, humility, and a strong work ethic through wrestling. The Annual Benefit helps raise millions of dollars to support youth wrestling programs, which empower young people in New York City.

Final X New York will be followed by the Beat the Streets Benefit celebration at 8:30 p.m. at VERSA NYC. To purchase a ticket or sponsorship package to the celebration, visit btsny.org.

Individuals who purchase tickets with access to the after-party will have the opportunity to meet prominent figures in the USA Wrestling community, including athletes and coaches.

City of New York guidelines no longer require guests to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or wear a mask in order to attend events at indoor entertainment venues such as Hulu Theater at MSG.
