A New Way to Enter  

Entry Guidelines 

  • City of New York guidelines no longer require guests to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or wear a mask in order to attend events at indoor entertainment venues such as The Garden. 

Arrival Time 

  • Doors will open at least 60 minutes prior to the event. 

Digital Ticketing  

  • Digital tickets can be accessed and displayed via the MSG Venue App. Make sure you download the MSG Venue App (Download: App Store | Google Play) before you arrive to facilitate contactless entry.
