Doors to the Arena open at 6:30PM and the show will start at approximately 7:30PM. There is no opening act. We highly recommend you get to the venue early so you can get through security and be in your seats once the artist takes the stage.

Come early! From 6:30 to 7:30, food will be half price at concession stands inside The Garden to get you jammin’ right before showtime! 

We heard you and for the December Phish run, you’ll be able to keep your bottle caps on water and soda purchases. 

ARRIVAL AT THE GARDEN: The Madison Square Garden Company places the safety and security of our guests above all else. For that reason, we continuously assess and upgrade security measures across all of our venues, including the recent introduction of more rigorous bag screenings.

To help ensure that everybody attending our events can enjoy unforgettable and safe experiences, we strongly discourage guests from bringing unnecessary bags, particularly backpacks. As always, all bags will be subject to rigorous screening, to include use of x-ray screening, which can delay entry into all of our venues. Guests who do not have a bag can take advantage of our No Bag Express Lines, located on the 31st street side of Chase Square.

Please plan ahead and allow yourself enough time to pass through security. Your safety and security is of great importance to us and we look forward to seeing you.

YOUR BEST ENTRANCE:

• We recommend using the Chase Square entrance on 7th Avenue between 31st and 33rd or the Chase A entrance on 31st street. This will allow you to enter the venue faster and more conveniently.
• Are you a GA ticket holder? If so, you must enter via entrance C at the corner of 33rd Street near 8th Avenue. This is the ONLY ENTRANCE you may access with a GA ticket.

ARE YOU A GA TICKET HOLDER?
Between 11:00AM and 1:00PM on each show day, numbered wristbands will be issued to the first 250 people on a first come, first served basis. A GA ticket will need to be presented in order to obtain a wristband. The wristbands will be distributed at the Chase C Entrance which is located at the West 33rd St and 8th Avenue glass doors.

NO LINE-UPS PRIOR TO 10:30AM. OVERNIGHT LINES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. For everyone’s safety, please respect this policy.

Those guests who receive a wristband will be instructed to return to the Chase C entrance on West 33rd St just east of 8th Ave no earlier than 5:30PM. Upon their arrival, guests with wristbands and a GA ticket will be given priority entry into the venue. All other GA ticket-holders will be allowed entry after all guests present with a wristband are accommodated. Chase C Entrance is the ONLY ENTRANCE you may access with a GA ticket.

A GA ticket is required to obtain a wristband. A wristband is not required for entry, only priority entry.
