Arrive Early
Please plan to arrive one hour early so you can get through security and be in your seats once the artist takes the stage. If you arrive later than 30 minutes, you risk missing the start of the show.

There will be increased foot traffic when entering the arena due to an event taking place at the same time at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden.

Phish merchandise will be available for purchase in the MSG Arena lobby starting at 1pm on Sunday, December 30 & Monday, December 31.
You do not need a ticket to enter this area. Credit cards and cash are accepted. 

Come early! From 6:30 to 7:30, food will be half price at concession stands inside The Garden to get you jammin’ right before showtime!

General Admission Entrance Info
If you are a General Admission ticketholder, you must enter via the Chase C entrance located on 33rd Street & 8th Avenue. This is the ONLY ENTRANCE you may access with a GA ticket.

Getting in the Garden
December 28, 29 & 30: Use less trafficked entrances to help you get into the arena more quickly: Chase A & B entrances on the corner of 31st Street and 8th Avenue or the Chase Square entrance on 7th Avenue between 31st and 33rd Streets.

December 31: Use less trafficked entrances to help you get into the arena more quickly: Chase B entrance on the corner of 31st Street and 8th Avenue or the Chase Square entrance on 7th Avenue between 31st and 33rd Streets.

Leave your bags at home. The bigger the bag, the longer the delay.

Download the MSG app to access the “App Express Lane”, which opens 15 minutes prior to doors to the general public.
