General Admission Ticket Holders

• General admission ticketholders who wish to be first in line for GA entry can enter an online lottery, a link will be provided via email from Madison Square Garden 48 hours prior to your show date. Those that do not obtain first entry via the online lottery have the option to obtain a numbered wristband on the day of the show to secure a place in line for GA floor entry. Where to Enter

• Please plan to arrive early! Be sure to check your ticket where your suggested entrance based on your seat location will clearly be displayed. View the entrance map.

Mobile Tickets

• Please be sure to have your digital tickets easily accessible on your phone to enter the arena. Tickets can be accessed and displayed via the MSG Venue App (Download: Android | iOS) or the Ticketmaster App
  (Download: Android | iOS).

Travel Light

Concession Offer

As a special treat for arriving early to the show, food & non-alcoholic beverages will be half price at concession stands inside The Garden concourse from 6:30pm to 7:00pm. *Excludes tax; restrictions apply.

COVID-19 Entry Update
