Doors: 7:00pm | Showtime: 8:00pm
Arrive Early
Please plan to arrive at least one hour prior to start time so you can get through security and be in your seats once the artist takes the stage. If you arrive later than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, you risk missing the beginning of the show.
Per the artist’s requirement and in order to provide the smoothest entry and safest experience for everyone in attendance, please read below:
Clear Bag Policy:
• Each fan may carry one bag.
• All belongings must be in a 100% clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag and cannot exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.
• Items must be loose within the clear bag. Bags inside of the clear bag will not be permitted.
• A one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag is acceptable (Ziploc bag or similar).
• An exception will be made for medically necessary items after thorough proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.
Camera Policy:
NO cameras or recording devices are permitted (cell phones with cameras ARE permitted).

Tips for Getting in The Garden Faster
• Use less trafficked entrances to help you get into the arena more quickly: Chase A entrance on the corner of 31st Street and 8th Avenue, Chase C & D entrances on 33rd Street & 8th Avenue, or the Chase Square entrance on 7th Avenue between 31st and 33rd Streets. • Leave your bags at home and use the “No Bag Express Lane”
• Download the MSG app to access the “App Express Lane”, which opens 15 minutes prior to doors to the general public

Sweetener World Tour merch will be available for purchase inside the Madison Square Garden lobby starting at 12pm on both Tuesday, June 18th & Wednesday, June 19th. You do not need a ticket to enter this area. Enter through the Chase Square entrance located at 7th Avenue between 31st and 33rd Streets.
