Arrive Early
Please plan to arrive at least one hour prior to start time so you can get through security and be in your seats once the artist takes the stage. Please plan to be in your seats by 8:00pm as Elton hits the stage promptly at that time. If you arrive later than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, you risk missing the beginning of the show. We don’t want you to miss one second of Bennie and the Jets!

Tips for Getting in The Garden Faster
• Use less trafficked entrances to help you get into the arena more quickly: Chase A & B entrances on the corner of 31st Street and 8th Avenue, Chase C & D entrances on 33rd Street & 8th Avenue, or the Chase Square entrance on 7th Avenue between 31st and 33rd Streets. • Leave your bags at home and use the “No Bag Express Lane” (the bigger the bag, the longer the delay)
• Download the MSG app to access the “App Express Lane”, which opens 15 minutes prior to doors to the general public
