Overview

Please be advised that the Straight No Chaser performance scheduled to take place at The Chicago Theatre on Friday, December 23 has now been rescheduled to January 5.

Your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled show date on January 5 and will not need to be exchanged.

If you cannot commit to the rescheduled show date, you can request a refund up until January 5 at 7pm CST. If a refund is not requested during the allotted time, tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled show date. To obtain a refund for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, visit your Ticketmaster account page. For refunds on tickets purchased through The Chicago Theatre Box Office, call the Guest Relations department at 212-465-6225.

Only tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster or The Chicago Theatre Box Office are eligible for a refund. If tickets were purchased from a third party, ticketholders will need to go back to their point of purchase to determine refund availability.

Due to the extreme weather hitting Chicago on Thursday and Friday, we are rescheduling our Friday, December 23rdshow at The Chicago Theatre to Thursday, January 5th, 2023. This show will mark the conclusion of the 25thAnniversary Tour. We are disappointed to have to reschedule, but excited to see you all in January.
