Arrive Early
To ensure ease of entry, doors for this event will open at 7:30PM, three hours prior to the show’s 10:30PM start. However, due to anticipated admission processing time please arrive no later than 9:30PM.
The show will be approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes long. If using public transportation, please be sure to observe service end times when planning your travel.
Where to Enter
If you have your tickets in hand, you can enter through the main doors under the marquee. The will call entrance is located on the far south door under the marquee.
All tickets for this event will be delivered as TicketmasterSafeTix mobile tickets. When adding mobile tickets to your phone’s wallet, make sure you have the latest version of the ticket. If your mobile ticket displays a QR code, re-follow steps 2-4 below.
How to Display SafeTix Mobile Tickets on Your Phone:
1. Download the Ticketmaster App.
2. Find your mobile tickets in “My Events,” and add them to your phone’s wallet.
3. Send Tickets directly to everyone else in your party.
4. Display your mobile ticket at entry and you’re in!

Cellphone Policy
*** No cellphones, cameras or recording devices will be allowed at this show. Upon arrival, all phones and smart watches will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be unlocked at the end of the show. Guests maintain possession of their phones throughout the night, and if needed, may access their phones at designated Yondr unlocking stations in the lobby. All guests are encouraged to print their tickets in advance to ensure a smooth entry process. Anyone caught with a cellphone in the venue will be immediately ejected. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.
Bag Policy
To provide a safer environment for the public and to help expedite fan entry into the show, fans are strongly encouraged to leave any unnecessary items at home, including any large bags. Only small clutch bags approximately 7” x 5” in size, with or without a handle or strap will be permitted into the event space.
