Ticketing Information
When is the box office open?
Standard Hours: The box office at Radio City Music Hall is open Monday through Saturday from noon to 6:00 p.m., and is closed on Sunday.
Additional Hours: On all event days, the box office at Radio City Music Hall will remain open until 30 minutes after the event begins. If there is an event on Sunday, the box office will be open from noon until 30 minutes after the event begins. Please note, additional box office hours may vary.
Please note, tickets for new events are available in person at the box office beginning the day after the general public on sale, with the exception of Sundays. Tickets for new events that go on sale to the general public on a Saturday will be available in person at the box office beginning on Monday.
Radio City Music Hall is a cashless venue and the box office only accepts credit/debit cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple Pay. A reverse ATM, which converts cash into a debit card, is available for your convenience.
Box office hours are adjusted during the Christmas Spectacular season. Please check back in early November for adjusted hours.
How do I buy tickets to the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes?

How do I get my tickets?
Digital tickets are utilized at Radio City Music Hall. We recommend downloading and adding your tickets to your phone’s digital wallet in advance of your arrival. For instructions on how to download your tickets, please visit the ticketing page.
For “device free” events, tickets should be printed at home to ensure smooth entry into the venue. Please check your event detail page on our website to confirm whether your event is “device free.”
For additional assistance, you can contact Guest Relations at guestrelations@msg.com or 212-465-6225, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Hours are extended on event days from one hour prior to show time to start of the final show).
Do I need to have a smartphone to display my ticket to enter the event? Can I show more than one ticket on the same phone?
Digital tickets will need to be presented on your smartphone to enter the venue and should be downloaded in advance. Guests can display more than one ticket on the same smartphone. For instructions on how to download your tickets, click here.
Exceptions will be made for “device free” events where smartphones are not permitted. For those events, please print your tickets at home. To confirm whether your event is “device free” please check the event detail page on our website.

Is ADA or accessible seating available?
Accessible seating may be secured by contacting the Radio City Music Hall Accessibility Services Department at accessibilityservices@msg.com or 888-609-7599, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please visit our Accessibility Services page for a full range of our accommodations, programs and policies.
For the Christmas Spectacular and certain family entertainment events, tickets booked through the Radio City Music Hall Accessibility Services Department can be accessed through the MSG Venue App.
Do children require tickets? And are booster seats available?
For most events, children under 2 years old may attend without their own ticket, but they must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap and may not occupy their own seat. Some family entertainment events require all children over 1 year old to have their own ticket, so it is important for you to check your event page on our website to confirm the details of your specific event. Booster seats are not available.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Tickets can be transferred via Ticketmaster.
What is the refund policy? How do I request a refund?
All ticket sales are final – no refunds or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Guest Relations at 212-465-6225 or guestrelations@msg.com.
Group Tickets
What defines a group?
To qualify as a group, there must be 10 or more guests. Groups of friends, families, colleagues, clients, church members, alumni groups, teachers, firefighters, police officers, military, scouts, or just 10 or more people may be eligible to receive special group benefits.

How do I book my group?

How does my group get our tickets?
Digital tickets are utilized at Radio City Music Hall, and all guests should download the MSG Venue App before they arrive to display their ticket.
What is your policy on group refunds?

Arriving at Radio City
Where do I enter Radio City?
There are entrances to Radio City Music Hall on 50th Street east of Sixth Avenue, on 51st Street east of Sixth Avenue, and through the Box Office Lobby on Sixth Avenue between 50th and 51st Streets. The Box Office Lobby entrance is an accessible entrance.
Is there parking nearby?

Is there an age requirement to attend events at Radio City?
Radio City Music Hall does not impose an age requirement to enter the venue for most events. Please check the event detail page for your specific event on our website to confirm whether any age restrictions have been imposed; events with an age restriction will be clearly identified. We strongly suggest that guests under 18 years of age attending an event are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Radio City does not provide a parent/guardian waiting area onsite.
Can I bring a bag?
Radio City Music Hall asks all guests to arrive early and travel light. Bags do not have to be clear, but they must fit comfortably under your seat. Oversized bags larger than 22” x 14” x 9” are prohibited. Radio City Music Hall does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings. Can I bring a stroller to Radio City?
Strollers are permitted at Radio City, but they must be collapsible and able to fit comfortably under your seat. We offer a stroller check free of charge at the Christmas Spectacular and certain family entertainment events. If you or someone in your party have additional needs, please contact Guest Relations at 212-465-6225 or guestrelations@msg.com.
Can I bring a camera to Radio City?
In order to maintain an enjoyable experience for all guests, video cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recording devices and professional cameras (those including telephoto or zoom lenses) are not permitted inside Radio City Music Hall. Members of the media should reach out to MSGEPR@msg.com with any inquiries.
Can I bring a laptop or tablet?
Laptops and tablets are permitted as long as the bags they are contained within can fit comfortably under your seat and are no larger than 22” x 14” x 9”. Onsite storage is not available. Laptop/tablet policy differs for “device free” events; please see the “Device Free” Policy section for more information.
Are pets allowed inside Radio City?
Only service animals are permitted inside Radio City Music Hall. If you or a member of your party is bringing a service animal, we strongly recommend that you contact Radio City Music Hall’s Accessibility Services Department at accessibilityservices@msg.com or 888-609-7599 prior to your event. Seating locations that provide a dedicated space for service animals are available throughout the venue.
Can I wear a costume at Radio City?
Costumes are permitted with some exceptions. To ensure a safe and positive experience for all guests, full-face coverings are permitted only after clearing security and must be removed if requested by security personnel. Large costumes or headpieces, as well as full face paint, fake weapons and any other hazardous or distracting items, which may be determined at the sole discretion of our security personnel, are NOT permitted.

Is Radio City a cashless venue?

Will merchandise be available for purchase?
Merchandise may be available for purchase at your event. Please keep in mind that Radio City Music Hall is a cashless venue and only accepts credit/debit cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple Pay. A reverse ATM, which converts cash into a debit card, is located inside the venue for your convenience.
Will food and beverage be available for purchase?
Food and beverage are available for purchase at Radio City. Please keep in mind that Radio City Music Hall is a cashless venue and only accepts credit/debit cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple Pay. A reverse ATM, which converts cash into a debit card, is located inside the venue for your convenience.
Can I bring in outside food or beverage?
Outside food and beverage are not permitted inside Radio City. Accessible water fountains are located throughout the venue.

How do I inquire about accessible accommodations?

Are family/all-gender restrooms available?
Please see an usher or guest experience representative onsite for direction to a family/all-gender restroom.
Are nursing facilities available? Can I bring my breast pump or breastmilk?
Guests may nurse their child in any public location where they are comfortable. Nursing parents seeking more discreet accommodations are welcome to use the sitting areas off the restrooms in the Grand Lounge. For direction to the family/all-gender restroom, please see an usher or guest experience representative onsite. Breast pumps and associated equipment, and breastmilk, are permitted inside the venue.
Is there a lost and found?
If you misplaced an item at our venue, please email GuestRelations@msg.com or call our security office at 212-485-7200. If you are at an event and have lost an item, please speak with an usher, security officer or guest experience representative onsite for further assistance.
Radio City Music Hall is not responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen or damaged. Please note, found items are held for 10 days from the date the item is turned in. After 10 days, unclaimed items are donated or disposed of pursuant to New York State Law.
Is there a first aid facility?
If you or someone in your party begin to feel ill or require medical assistance, please see an usher, security officer or guest experience representative immediately. The medical office is located on the lower level in the Grand Lounge near the elevator bank. If there is an emergency, please contact the nearest Radio City employee, or call the security office at 212-485-7200.
Radio City is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) which are located throughout the building. Designated employees, including our medical staff, have been properly trained and are certified to use AEDs.
What is your policy on re-entering the building?
All exits are final. Guests are not permitted to leave and then re-enter.

“Device Free” Policy (Select Events)
My event says it’s “device free.” What does that mean?
If your event is designated as a “device free” event, per the artist’s request, no recording devices will be permitted, including but not limited to the items listed below:
- No cellphones
- No smart watches
- No cameras
- No tablets
- No laptops
- No Fitbits
- No Bluetooth enabled headphones
Upon arrival, small devices will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be unlocked at the end of the event. Guests will maintain possession of their Yondr pouches throughout the night, and if needed, may access their devices at designated Yondr unlocking stations. Guests are encouraged to leave devices at home when possible to ensure smooth entry into the venue. If you do arrive to the venue with a laptop or tablet, for your convenience, they will be received and stored onsite for the duration of the event. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a device-free viewing experience.
How do I know whether my event is “device free"?
Information regarding your event’s status can be found on your event detail page on our website. Events that have a “device free” policy are clearly noted. For events not marked as “device free,” cellphones, smart watches, other small devices and laptops are permitted inside Radio City Music Hall.
Can I bring my laptop?
Laptops are considered recording devices and are not permitted in the venue for events designated as “device free.” We ask that guests leave devices at home when possible. If you do arrive to the venue with a laptop or tablet, for your convenience, they will be received and stored onsite for the duration of the event.
For events that are not designated as “device free,” laptops will be permitted in the venue, and onsite storage will not be available.
How do I access my ticket if my phone is stored?
Tickets for “device free” events must be printed at home. To print your tickets, use the browser on your desktop and log in to your Ticketmaster account. Then locate the order for your event and click the “View Tickets” button. Make sure you have your tickets on hand before you head out to your event. We will provide ticket scanning solutions onsite for anyone who may not be able to print their tickets in advance of the show.
Venue Policies
Alcohol Serving and Consumption
For most events at Radio City Music Hall, alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Radio City staff is trained in the nationally recognized T.E.A.M. (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management) Training program for responsible alcohol management. Alcohol sales will be limited to two drinks per customer per transaction. All guests may be required to show ID to purchase alcohol. Guests are not permitted to bring in alcoholic beverages from outside and may not leave with alcohol purchased inside Radio City. Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.
Please be aware that it is the policy of MSG Entertainment to require all guests who appear to be forty (40) years of age or younger to present a valid form of ID with proof of age in order to purchase alcoholic beverages at Radio City Music Hall. Pursuant to applicable State law, we accept only the following forms of identification:
– A valid driver’s license or non-driver identification card issued by the United States Government, a State Government, Commonwealth, Possession or Territory of the United States or a Provincial Government of Canada
– A valid passport
– A valid U.S. military ID
Code of Conduct
– Guests shall be respectful of others around them.
– Guests shall avoid blocking the view of other guests.
– During some concerts, the artist may request that guests be permitted to stand immediately in front of their seats during the entirety of the performance. On those occasions, standing guests shall continue to be respectful of others around them and avoid blocking the view of other guests.
– Guests shall not interfere with the event or the performers in any way.
– Guests shall refrain from using foul/offensive language, fighting, obscene gestures, throwing objects and engaging in other behavior detrimental to the experience of other guests.
– Guests shall not stand on seats or any other building structure.
– Guests shall not block the aisles.
– Guests shall not occupy a seat or remain in an area for which they do not possess a valid ticket, and shall provide their ticket upon request.
– As required by the City of New York, guests shall not smoke anywhere in Radio City Music Hall.
– Guests who consume alcoholic beverages shall do so in a responsible manner.
– Guests are encouraged to report inappropriate or offensive behavior to an usher, security officer or guest experience representative.
– Guests shall comply with requests from venue staff regarding venue operational and emergency procedures.
Radio City Music Hall staff has been trained to intervene when deemed necessary and to use their best discretion to help ensure that guests who ignore the Code of Conduct do not interfere with other guests’ ability to enjoy an event. Guests who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund and, to the extent their conduct constitutes a violation of law, may be subject to arrest. Handouts/Leaflets/Vending
The distribution of promotional items, flyers, handbills or printed materials is not permitted without written permission of Radio City Music Hall. In addition, vending, peddling or product sampling is not allowed.
Purchaser Covenants
By purchasing or otherwise acquiring a ticket to an event at an MSG venue, the purchasers and/or holders of such ticket covenant that, in acquiring the ticket, they are not excluded from entering the venue subject to any venue policy banning them from the premises. The purchasers and/or holders of the ticket further covenant that they will not and do not intend to provide such ticket for use by any individuals excluded from the venue subject to any venue policy banning them from the premises. The purchasers and/or holders of such ticket further acknowledge that, if they have been excluded from the venue at any time prior to the date of the event to which such ticket applies, the ticket shall be deemed invalid for use by the excluded purchaser and/or holder or by anyone else excluded to whom the purchaser and/or holder provides the ticket.
Security
At Radio City Music Hall, we place the safety and security of our guests above all else. For that reason, we continuously assess and upgrade security measures across all of our venues.
Please plan ahead and allow yourself enough time to pass through security. Thank you in advance for helping us create a safe environment for you and our guests.
Smoking
In compliance with New York City regulations, there is no smoking, including electronic cigarettes, permitted anywhere in Radio City Music Hall. This policy is strictly enforced. Violation of this regulation is grounds for ejection.

– Selfie sticks
– Video cameras/recording devices (Does not include phones, but certain events may be designated “device free” events, and the “Device Free” Policy will apply)
– Professional cameras (including those with telephoto or zoom lenses)
– Outside food and beverage, including alcohol
– Hoverboards and skateboards
– Noisemaking devices, including cowbells, alarm devices and airhorns
Please note, the list of prohibited items may vary by event; please check the event page for the applicable event for more information. The list above provides examples only. Anything deemed inappropriate or offensive by MSG Entertainment or MSG Sports will not be permitted.
